At Dukes Apiaries, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality honey and beekeeping products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Standard Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dukesapiaries.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damaged or defective product and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement product at no cost or a refund for the affected items.

Special Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider returns for other issues on a case-by-case basis. Please email us explaining your concern so we can determine an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For any authorized return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Dukes Apiaries.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
